ok mike, i made your zucchini pie the other night (without the mustard) and i gotta tell ya, IT WAS DELICIOUS! Was i correct in reading that we are supposed to eat HALF of that 9 inch pan for our l/g? OMGosh, that was way to much for me. Could i have done something wrong? I didn't want to split the half pan portion into two meals because i didn't want to overeat if i had read something wrong. So i ate it the next day. Oh yeah, my son loved it to, he's the LAST person i thought would actually like it.

Given the ingredients (the veggies and the cheese and eggs), if you split it in half its 1 l&G. You could split it into two meals and have part earlier in the day :mrgreen:
