first don't panic. I don't know why you haven't lost but I would suggest you post what a typical day of food is like for you and I'm sure one of the more knowledgeable people will help you. You are not alone.

Are you sure you have a working scale and it is not on carpet but a flat surface?

Renita,
When are you having your replacements - how far apart are they spaced. Make sure you aren't having the bar first or last. Make sure you aren't having your last one at night and your first one the next day too far apart.
Many times the reason for not losing is either not getting in all of your meal, or not drinking enough water. It appears you are doing both okay, but at times it can also be the spacing of them and the order.
Sometimes it can be the amount of sodium you add to your meat.
Just let us know more and we will see what we can do.

Also, how much weight do you need to lose. That makes a difference. Were you dieting before Medifast? Had you already lost all of the extra water?

Is your scale the type with a battery? If so maybe it needs to be changed.

Hate to get too personal but are you weighing in your undies, or less? From my own experience a slightly padded bra can make a difference!

Oh, very important, are you weighing first thing in the morning on an empty stomach?

Sorry you are bombarded with questions now ;) Are you using the bathroom?? #2? If not, perhaps you need some help there. Are you holding water? Do you have any health issues that you may holding water? Kidney, heart? Hope you figure out the problem soon.

All very important questions. I'd also suggest more water. I'm in maintenance, and I STILL drink 12-14 glasses of water a day. Pure water, not Crystal Light or diet soda or anything like that.

As for the rest, I know it's a lot of questions, but do your best. We will figure this out. (Also, one more. Are you sure of your starting weight? You seem to be a bit afraid of the scale, so did you weigh before you started or are you estimating?)

Hi Renita,
You've received lots of helpful suggestions. There are lots of things that slow weight loss, lack of sleep, stress, not enough water, and even the temperature to name a few. On our program if you exercise too much that will slow you right down too. Your body will go into "starvation mode" and refuse to part with even a pound. The first three weeks we ask individuals to cut their exercise by half ( if they have been exercising) or not to begin until the end of week three if you haven't been exercising. It is very very unusual for someone to follow faithfully for a week ( on their very first week) and not see any result at all. Remember also that those who have more to lose will part with more. Your body is burning only the fat so if you don't have toooo much there's not to much to burn.
My "best" advice to you .... (this is difficult advice :D :D ) pack away the scale, stick faithfully to program for two or three more weeks and then climb back on. You should see a result. Women generally burn fat and lose inches ... so I think you'll notice your clothes getting bigger too. Your body will respond... the fat just doesn't have a chance against our program
I'll be watching you

Are you taking any meds?
