Ok these are a little grainy, Tim told me I had to keep them pretty small in size (resolution) Sorry, I lost the other pictures, and had to replace them w/these... Still the same before and after differences. I had to cut out the one, my wife would not allow her picture to be posted...

Leopard Woman here is always trying to get Terry to have flames painted on Buzz (My VeeDub Beetle Bug). Since I am no longer beige-ing (remember my article in the October 2003 Newsletter?) and now living life to its fullest – living my life to the edge of all my possibilities – I wouldn’t even consider wearing something plain and ordinary. I am extraordinary and I go for the extraordinary these days.

Mike, you look wonderful but better than looking great, I know that you also feel wonderful, too. Your energy level has increased and you feel good about yourself. Isn’t that the best thing ever?

Isn’t it amazing how easy it is to become complacent with our eating habits and to not realize how out of shape and lousy we feel before Medifast? You have been diligent to remain true to the program and you know how true the program is to you! Medifast does indeed work. The only way a person can fail to reclaim their health is to fail to properly follow the plan. Medifast cannot fail but people certainly can fail Medifast.

BTW, you have a mighty fine looking family, too. Your thirteen year old (Which by the way, I recall that you recently wrote that you lost the equivalent of her weight…) did a great job of capturing the New Mike digitally. I’m sure your fam is so proud of you!

I am very happy to notice the bottle of water on the kitchen counter and in your office space. Good for you! Medifast people are water slurpers!

I am looking at the little birdhouses along your kitchen window sill and the cool wooden DAD sign in your office – who does the painting and woodworking?

Well, Little Darlin’, keep up the super work! Medifast makes getting healthy easier than ever. My only regret is that I wish I had found out about Medifast a long time ago. I am so excited about what it has done for me, for you, and for so many others that I can hardly contain myself! I want everyone to know about Medifast.

Mike, you look fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!! Your children are adorable. Your daughter did a great job taking your most recent picture. It came out so clear and centered. I just want to commend you. Keep up the great work. You are a real mentor. I showed my husband your pictures. He was very impressed. Now if only I can do that! Once I start losing a significant amount of weight, I'll start posting pictures. This Studio forum is great and it will give people alot of incentive to stay on the program once they see all the before and after pictures.

Clarification: As much as I would love credit for ALL the kids, the closest one to my left (the only girl next to me) is mine (Alix) The boys are my sisters, she is to my far left with the glasses on - you know the one that is always skinny - we all have a relative like that!!

Nancy, I do the wood work, all of it, its my hobby, and I love doing it!!

Hi Nancy,
I was wondering if you would post your before and after pictures for us on this forum. Your before and after pictures at the top of the home page are so impressive and inspiring, but they are very small and not too clear. I would love to see them the size and clarity of MIKE'S photos. You too having lost so much weight are a great role model for us all. I'd love to have good before and after pictures of you to refer back to every time I feel the urge to cheat! Actually seeing people that have accomplished their goals helps alot! At least for me it really does.

Hey Mike,
Just a quick story to you that I thought was sooo cute and I think you'll appreciate. Both my 4 1/2 yrs. old twin sons saw your before and after pictures. They have no clue who you are or what your pictures represent. After looking at your pictures, they pointed to your before picture and said "weak" and then pointed to your after picture and said, "strong", and kept pointing back and forth to the pictures saying, "weak, strong, weak, strong". My one son then said, "see mommy he's getting stronger and stronger and stronger" Pointing to the 1st picture and progressing to the most recent picture. See Mike, even my 4 1/2 yrs. old twins noticed your amazing transformation!! Just wanted to share that with you.

When I read a kid story, it always tugs at the happy strings in my heart.... Wait till you do the same, and they give Mommy the Weak/Strong thumbs up also!!!

It's me, Mike's (Explorthis) mommy. I'm more a voyeur than a posteur, but I just gotta tell you guys, he's my hero! Yesterday, I stopped by and just could not stop staring! I kept making him turn around, but he isn't hiding it anywhere. One hundred pounds is TOTALLY GONE. He's not only gorgeous, but a tremendous source of inspiration to me.
