I figured since Diana put her pics up, maybe I should show some of mine... these are from my previous journey. Here are some older pics of me when I began my weight loss journey. I began weight loss in July of 2003, surgery was November od 2003, and the weight loss continued until November of 2004.

Black is at 460 lbs July 2003; Tie dyed blue is at 410 lbs November 2003; Gray is at 360 lbs January 2005

This is me almost a year after surgery, 320 lbs October 2004

These are when I began Medifast, 345 lbs; April 9, 2006

New pics added March 18, 2007. A little over 11 months after starting Medifast, 3-3/4 years after the start of my weight loss journey.

New pics added 09-04-07. I'm currently at my lowest weight since I was 12 or 13 (can't remember exactly). 273 lbs (187 lbs down from my highest, 77 lbs off since starting Medifast).

Wow, what a difference, congrats on all of the weight lost!

My mother had gastric bypass in Feb 2001. She was the 8th patient her doctor had and now he's done thousands! But I digress...unfortunately she gained it all back. She's going to be starting a MF-like program in the next few days to get it all back off.

Wow! what a dramatic change! The only problem I see, is you are soon going to need new britches!! Show it off. Don't hide it under baggy jeans.
