Mid-Summer Doldrums

I am in the middle of week 6 and have been very pleased with results, until now. :aarggh: Last week -1.4#, looks like I'm about on track for that this week. Why the slow-down? The only changes that are perceptible, to me anyway, are 1) I've cut my water from 4-5 lt to 3lt & 2) it is soooo stinking hot. I have just restarted my excersize program, 3 days core w/ weights and 3 days walking. Tell me that'll help--- I want to do the banana dance!!!!!!
I know, I know... remain compliant, the weight has to come off- BIG SIGH!
All thoughts and suggestions appreciated!

Your body is just adjusting to all the changes. It's very complex physiology to go from burning carbs to burning fat for fuel and your body is probably just now figuring out that this is not a passing fad. This is how it's going to be. You are correct ~ remain compliant and you will lose!!!
