I am in the middle of week 6 and have been very pleased with results, until now. Last week -1.4#, looks like I'm about on track for that this week. Why the slow-down? The only changes that are perceptible, to me anyway, are 1) I've cut my water from 4-5 lt to 3lt & 2) it is soooo stinking hot. I have just restarted my excersize program, 3 days core w/ weights and 3 days walking. Tell me that'll help--- I want to do the banana dance!!!!!!
I know, I know... remain compliant, the weight has to come off- BIG SIGH!
