That's okay, Sweetie!

 Diabetics cannot skip meals so you did need to eat something! Well, Little Darlin' just a good lesson to always carry Medigrub in your purse or in the truck.

You and Elmer just  going to the lake and how special that you two could just do that - run away together for some fun. ;)

Hey Susan- it happens right?! Sounds you've got a plan for next time! (I remember when I first started MF I was out and luckily had stashed a bar in my purse, but it had kinda gotten melted and smushed... well, lets just say if Ms. Manners was in a car beside me she would've shook her head at me, but I still ate that darn bar!)

Susan - your weight loss so far has taken a lot of hard work! It IS a BIG deal. Getting right back on is hard, I only wish I had done that 5 months ago when I went off after 9 days! Don't sweat it. Sounds like you've got a plan to be more careful about packing xtra MF next time. Good luck in your progress!
