I weighed in this morning at 188.5 --- :woohoo:

50# club HERE I AM!! :dance:

I usually only change my ticker on Sunday but I find it encouraging to see it so I changed it today! :cheermed:

Thanks again for the special prayers at Mass. At Mass yesterday, I prayed for the health of the Medifasters as a group like I always do and it really made me feel special that you singled me out!

Being out of the 190's was nice in itself but this new club has given me a real sense of accomplishment. I must admit that this forum has helped me stay focused--Thank you everyone! 8)

Congratulations Mary! It is always uplifting to see someone posting about their latest success. And 50# is really a lot of weight to lose - sometimes I lose track of that because I have over 100# to lose and that can be daunting. Don't lose sight of what an accomplishment this is!
