hey melissa! good to hear that you are still satisfied with the plan that you choose. You are exactly right, it is the individual, not the plan. Lots of plans out there will work, it's just what the individual is willing (or needs) to do. Just like i know i need to start exercising regularly but i have not been mentally ready to take that daily thing on yet. Wow, i can only imagine the sense of accomplishment that you feel knowing that you started your own support group and it is growing daily...Congrats! i don't believe there are any hard feelings here, we understand that you were upset.
