medifast? Anyone on meds in conjunction with medifast. My MD says he will give me phentermine short-term if I need help adjusting to lower calories and to give me energy.

Also, I have a co-worker on pro-phen and one on a medicine called lipocene. They both just started. Anyone have any experience with this?

As for appetite suppressants, several people have used doctor-prescribed meds in the beginning. Later, the ketosis (a very mild form) and the soy will help keep you from being hungry.
