I found the daily success plan (available via download from medifast) to be really helpful. I printed out seven at a time and kept track of my weekly progress. I kept the day's sheet on the kitchen counter so that everytime I went in the kitchen ...I had a visible reminder.
There are online programs to monitor your weight and all the foods you eat. One is called Fitday. It's free online and (I think...) 25.00 to download. You can customize it by adding all your medifast foods. It's really a nice program. It really showed me how really GOOD Medifast is nutritionally, too. I am positive I get more and better protien than I did before Medifast. It was a real eye opener. Anytime anyone suggested that I was "starving myself" on this plan...I printed out a sample day's nutrition information and said..."prove to me your day was better..." lol!
