Terrific attitude Lauradr :D You are already in the 50lb club I see so Medifast is proven to work for you which makes it easier to stick with it once you get back on track!!!

I look forward to reading more of your posts :puter:

staying on track

Postby LAwoman » January 31st, 2006, 8:16 am

Woohoo lauradr,

Glad to read your post this morning, I read your post last week and knew you would be back to work MF and reach your goal.

You're my inspiration today to stay away from the foodie table during today's meeting, stay on track, and reach goal. Starting over is not fun, but staying on MF, getting thinner, feeling healthy, and reaching goal is very fun.

Kudos to you!!! :bravo:

Hi Lauradr,

How did you lose that 50lb? Do you mind me asking what you did on the plan because that's what I have to lose to get to goal.
I would love to get there by the end of May beginning of June.
If you can be explicit, I would really appreciate it. Thanks :D

Hi Lauradr,
Thank you so much for the information. You didn't have anything in between those feedings, like a fast soup or crackers??
That's great. I do the full fast and twice a week I will do the 5 and 1 plan with a lean and green.
I really appreciate your info. Did you switch it around and have the soups or the chili at all.
I really love the chili. :D
