Good for you. Mikey!
Hey, John, what's the deal? No postin’?
We wanna hear from YOU, too!
Aren’t you glad that your friend Mike cared enough to tell you about the very best product around? Down six-tee??
Wow! That’s three bags of sugar and three bags of flour off of your hunky frame and not taxing your ticker!
That’s two hundred forty cubes of greasy yellow butter off of your belly! Yahhhh hooooo for youuuu!
And Ginny, we are so inspired by you - lookin' hot and makin' your son so thrilled for you. Isn't it wonderful to experience life to the fullest? Lovin' it!
Sidenote: My brother is 51 years young and he has struggled with his weight ALL of his life - he was a porky baby, a chubster kid, a flabby teen, etc. He's watched my elevator scales - I'm the BIG sister. Over the years, he would see me at 140 pounds in high school and fit - I was an ice skater, up to 180 when I was in my twenties, up to 204 something when I was pregnant, down to 185, up to 220, down to 160, up to 260, etc. and finally toward the end of January 2004, after I had been at my same weight of 130 for ten months and he came to me and said, "O.K., Nance, I wanna do it."
I said, "You wanna do WHAT, Baby Brother?"
"What you're doin'."
He was leaving Manzanita, OR for a lengthy job in Clear Lake, CA and he needed some food so I emptied out some of my food stash (I didn't tell him I was giving him WOMEN'S DRINKS - he'dda croaked and don'tcha DARE tell him I did so!)
(No, he didn’t grow man boobs – in fact, his are goin away now that he is losing weight…)
Anyhoo, we gave him about 2 weeks worth of Medigrub and he took off for CA and we placed an order for him to be sent to his job site.
He's lost 80 pounds so far, is off of his Hi Blood Pressure meds - for the first time in TWENTY YEARS!
He hasn't been 100% compliant - he has croutons and cheese on his salad sometimes and he had a few beers (Hey, that's a No No on the weight loss plan!) but for the most part he has been and he is steadily losing and not steadily cheatin' – it was just on his birthday, Memorial Day and a few other times here and there. I think he is down to 230 or 220! I am so proud of him.
Isn’t it great to read about everyone’s progress?
Keep on doing the right thing every day and you will reach your goal weight, optimal health and stay there one shake at a time.
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...
