Hi, Ark is so right and is an authority on the 6-0 plan. It is sure working very well for her and others here on the forum.
The plan is not for everyone, but it is up to the individual to lose with whatever plan works for them. Be sure to be monitored by a physician, so he can check out your lab values, vital signs, kidney function, etc..
Research has found that there is not too much difference, regarding weight loss, between the two plans, as both are equally effective. Much success on whichever plan you choose.
