I ordered the book today from the main Medifast site, Sarah, and I am looking forward to reading it. Love reading ANYTHING that has to do with Medifast and its program! :)

Sarah, it is good to see you back here! Hope that you are feeling much, much better!!! :D

Hi ,
I called Health Advisor Services today to check on the availability and they told me it would be available here at TSFL next week. It looks good. Haven't read the whole thing yet but I'm getting there.

I got my medigrub order yesterday and a sample (first chapter) from the new book was in it. Just that little bit gave me info I never knew! I can't wait for the whole book! Medifast just gets better and better! :D
