Hi Rae,
What you need is a Health Advisor. Health Advisors help you along the road to slimdom. We are always available just for you to answer questions, concerns or take care of any little problem that may occur. Plus they will keep track of your progress and guide you along the way. Just give Nancy an e-mail and she will help you out. You will have your very own support person.

Honestly I can't imagine anyone needing another support forum besides this one.....in addition to your personal health advisor that is. I've looked at some others and they drive me crazy. This one is set up perfectly and is so well maintained by UncaTim and Nancy.

Rae-

Christy hit the nail on the head because this support forum is beyond awesome. You can be passive or active whichever works best for you.

For more one on one stuff, Jan's right - a health advisor might do the trick.

Welcome and best wishes always!

We ALL need help.

If going it alone worked, 85% of the population wouldn't be overweight.

If going it alone worked, there wouldn't be weight loss commercials between every television program.

Medifast is a wonderful tool to lose weight but for the short-term and the long-term, we all need to be accountable to someone.

This can be a temporary one week or a one month diet for some people or it can be a life-long way of living that will result in improved health and a great quality of life.

A successful day begins by having breakfast within the first hour of awakening and then having one of your Medifast packets every three hours. It is a conscious choice; no one can do it for you.

You go from the contemplation stage to the research stage and then to the ‘doing’ stage. You either do it or you don’t. Having a group of people with common needs and goals can spur you on when you feel like checking out but again, the “doing” is totally up to you.

Obviously, Miss Serendipity you ARE doing the doing, too!

Woo Hoo! :whoohoo:

You are already about 1/3 of the way to your goal.

42 Pounds of hiney is gone, gone, gone!

You are doing the right things to have lost that amount of weight!
