Medifast all over the place!

Postby sheila » July 30th, 2006, 10:48 pm

Hi. Has anyone else noticed all of the Medifast ads that have been popping up everywhere? I saw it on my daughter's My Space. It is also on Pogo, and I saw it in People magazine the other day as well. Cool, huh? Now the rest of the world is going to know about our wonderful little secret! Bout' time.

I also see the ads on the TV all the time. One of our clients was in the other day and first asked if I was feeling okay. I guess he thought the weight loss was because I was sick. He then asked are you losing weight. I said yes and he asked how I was doing it. I told me Medifast and he said he may call me back to ask me more questions about it. May have another Medifast convert.

I keep hearing on here about all the ads, but I have yet to see a single one anywhere. Weird. I guess I don't read/watch the right things.

I see them all the time on TV.

My daughter came running through the house and said "Mommy Mommy I found something to help you lose weight!!" I said " What is it?" She said,"Medifast--come watch the commercial!!" LOLOLOL She was so proud that she found something to help me.. I couldnt ruin it by telling her I that was what I was using already. Thank Heavens this was right before my new shipment came in so I told her that I took her advice and called :D She was so excited!

Alot of magazines I get have the ads as well..People, Southern Living, Good House Keeping.

If you go to cnn dot com Medifast has an ad I have seen for the past week. Yep just checked again still there. I have also seen it in some magazines I get. It has been on TV here too.

Edit: Dang it was there all week and was there when I typed this message. Now it is Netfix ad. Oh well.

I just checked Lori, and they have a ad for Netflicks, but that's it.

The TV ads are what got me started. I thought MF was still only a prescribed regiment. When I saw the ads on TV I was like, "That's it. That is how I am going to lose this weight!" One of the few times in my life I been grateful for a tv commercial.

i actually hate doing something that i see advertised everywhere.

now, with the last month's advertisement avalanch, whenever someone finds out i'm doing medifast, they automatically get that "poor fatty trying another fad diet" look on their faces. before, i was cool with telling people what i was doing-- i mean, i'm down close to 40lbs in 10 weeks.

now, i just don't say anything.
