Hi, my name is Kristi and I am a peanut butter addict. My husband has even tried hiding the jar from me but I eventually find it. I've gotten to the point I don't even buy it. My husband brought home a jar he got at work. :x

Hi...My name is Janae....and I'm a fruit-aholic!

I ate fresh peaches and strawberries and cantaloupe when I had to be off plan recently (because of a possible allergy)...Now that I am back on...I eat apple cin and peach oatmeal for the fruit pieces....I drink fruit flavored herb teas...I chew fruit flavored sugar free gum...I eat fruity jello and drink Crystal light in fruity flavors. I am not trying to shake my fruit addiction...just delay gratifying it until maintenance!!!! ;)

Popsicles, Janae. Now that they added sugar-free Popsicles to the list of approved snacks, I have one a couple of times a week. It's perfect when it's so hot out. I have the regular variety pack and the tropical fruits one.

In fact, I just had a grape one when I got back from the gym and supermarket.

Don't know if fluffernutters are territorial, but everyone always made a big deal about them in New England!! Including, me!!! And....so, here I am on Medifast, go figure!!!! :D Haven't cheated thus far, but when I want a 'treat' should that thought come my way, then a popsicle, it shall be!

Where does one find SF whipped cream? And how much fat and other carbs does it have. Its not just the sugar you gotta worry about. I know that Cool whip has a lite version, but it still has sugar and fat and other stuff in it so its technically not really allowed.
As for the fluff.... I had to look it up on the internet. Never heard of it out here in Cali. In fact, the list of stores that are given on the website aren't even in Cali.

**whispering** I love Teddy Grahms!!

I eat a few every once in a while I am fixing my little boys' lunches.

Did not know I even cared for them until Medifast.

They are no longer on my shopping list

Cool Whip has a SF and a FF version. I use the SF. A frozen tablespoon is ALMOST (almost, mind you; I'm dieting, not dead...) as good as ice cream.

Marshmallow Fluff is the brand name for marshmallow creme. Fluff is the original, other store brands try to duplicate it and sell it under their own names.

SF Cool Whip is only carried in some stores, I've found. I prefer the SF because I find myself to be a sugar-a-holic and I'm better if I steer clear of it. Nancy posted a while back on a Tbsp being okay for snack, and it ROCKS with Jello.

Fluff is an unmentionable in my house. Seriously. SOOO good!!!

I confess to eating more than one SF popsicle or jello per day and I have discovered Genisoy soy crisps in the organic section at the store. They are great and I try to eat only 4 or 5. They say a serving is 20 and that 20 have 100 calories. Sometimes i confess to missing one of my MF meals because I get in a hurry and forget to eat it.

I have used regular balsamic/olive oil salad dressing a couple of times on my salad. I am not a huge fan of dressing so I just measure out 1 Tbs and mix it in. I started using the Newman's Own light balsamic/olive oil and it tastes great so I haven't used the regular in a while.
