But, does it matter when you eat your lean and green meal? I'm thinking that I'd rather have mine at lunch time than in the evening ...

From what I've seen, no it doesn't matter. If I'm wrong I'm sure one of the vets here will correct. :)

Lean and Green

Hi There,
Nope it doesn't matter when you eat your lean and green as long as you eat it. Lunch time works best for lots of people. For me it seems to stave off the evening munchies -- which I battle!! :x I've found if I don't get enough calories in during the day -- I'm hungry in the evening!! You could even have your "lean and green" for breakfast -- that's an omlet!!
