Well here goes.. I had to dig to find the 1st 2 pictures.. they are from last year but are the same as my Mf start-up weight of 267.5#..





This picture is with 20# loss in May 2005 at home..(247#)



This picture is with 43# loss while in Branson, MO. June 25th of 2005.(224.5#)



This is a picture of me and hubby(Doug) while vacationing in Branson in June.. He is at goal with 42# loss(175#) and me with 43# loss.(224.5#)



I hope you can see a difference..I haven't lost alot of inches yet but they'll be melting off soon enough I will post a new picture when I am at halfway point..Thanks--Martha

Oh My Gosh! I just LOVE to see new pictures in the studio!!

Martha you look great! I can really tell you have lost weight, I cant "WEIGHT" till I am at 40 pounds lost! You are doing great and look terrific and so does your husband
Im sure he can relate to the program , and be a great support to you.

Keep up the good work.....and keep the pictures coming! They give me inspiration and courage to show my pictures someday

can I tell the difference?!?!!? how could anyone not! you look great and you look so much happier. that is the thing I like to see in these before and during and after pix- the "Oh God I hate to have my picture taken and I want to just dissolve into the woodwork" look in the eye and the "Yeah, life is actually worth living" look of hope. Thanks everyone for your kind words.. Yes Nancy I am happier and some is for the weight loss but most is because of this forum and all of you!! This is what keeps me going..Especially since I don't get out hardly at all.. Thank all of you for your support..Martha and Doug

Yes Doug can relate to how I feel.. He feels so much better without his extra 40# too. His 6' height helps him too I can't wiat till you are at 40# loss too..then 60#-- -- Don't be discouraged about showing your pictures.. it is hard for all of us but for some reason once I decided it was all of you I could do it --Martha

Martha Martha Martha........we need someone NEW to do your measurements sweetie because you have OBVIOUSLY lost a LOT of inches!! OH my gosh the difference is VERY VERY OBVIOUS and sooooooooooo beautiful

You, like others around here, are outgrowing (undergrowing) your glasses too I think I used to have nearly that same pair, and over the past couple of years have gone smaller, and it takes some getting used to. I don't remember who it was right this minute, but look in the studio and you will see one of our friends that the glasses nearly covered her whole face after she lost the weight, and before they were perfectly fine. Wouldn't it just be great if we could all just have lassic eye surgery at goal! hehe

Anyway..........you are looking FANNTABULOUS WOMAN!! I'm so excited for BOTH you and your husband. How wonderful to be adding years to your lives together

My Martha......WOW is all I can say...You look like 2 totally different people.

I'll make you a deal...you get out that measuring tape and so will I. Pick the date...I cannot believe that you don't see inches lost...your face alone looks like a huge inch loss...imagine what the rest of you has done!

You are such an inspiration in so many ways. You and your husband make a great looking couple!
