Well, as I stated I would, here is one of the few pictures of me in existence. This was taken at the end of January so it is very recent and although it does not show my face I believe it certainly shows the extra flabbage. I am very much looking foward to being able to post an after picture.

Oh, alright! I'll forward an additional one to Unca to add to the post, it is of my father and I, taken the same day. As you can see, we are big fans of golf. It shows my face, although I am wearing sunglasses. Unfortunately, they are something I just do not go without here in FL, or I'd be blind.

Marseilles - You already look great which means that every pound you lose now will just lead to hot, hot, hot! And it's great that you're so active, because that certainly helps!

We all can't wait to actually see your face, but it's find if you want to "tease" us! :-)

Thank you all for your very kind words, it is always unnerving to put that dreaded picture up there!

For those of you saying I do not look like I have a lot to lose, I thank you. You are too kind. For the record though, as near as I can tell since my puppy peed on my scale and put it out of it's (read: MY) misery, I started this program at approximately 195lbs. That is what I weighed the last time the Dr.'s office made me step on theirs in late November. I am 5'5", so yes, a very substantial amount of weight to lose. Curse the thyroid disease, I swear! Again though, thank you! Perhaps I dont look like the cow I envision people seeing when they see me! LOL

Here's to ninety days on medifast, which is my first goal...wonder how much I will have lost by then!

Hiya Bonnie!

Thanks for the email, I received it this morning. I am looking at placing another order within the next couple of days. I started back on MF on February 6th but as far as a total lost so far, I dont really know as I am avoiding the dreaded scale. I have, however, gone from a size 16 to a size 10. I will not know my official weight until after I weigh at the Dr.'s office at the end of 90 days.

With regards to another picture, I will see what I can do about having hubby take one for me to put in here. I do worry though that I still wont see too much difference at this point!

All is well in the journey, I have not strayed from my path at any point since starting and my focus and motivation are huge!

Updated pictures are incoming, I have emailed them to Unca. It'll be interesting to see if I can tell the difference between starting and now!
