Hi! Welcome! So I guess since you posted yesterday that you were starting "tomorrow"... today is your first day! How's it going? I'm new to this too (I started Monday), so I know the first few days can be hard, but I found that - and i find this amazing! - everytime I have a craving or think about cheating, it just happens to be the time I need to take my next shake! So I take the shake and completely forget about cheating or cravings! As long as I take my shakes around 2 1/2 hours, I never get to the 3rd-hour "a little taste of this other thing won't hurt" thoughts. Weird, huh? So, anyway... just remember to take them every 2-3 hours and that will reeeeeally help.
What products did you get? I only got shakes (orange & strawberry), cuz I thought it would make it simpler, but I am already getting tired of them. I'm thinking about replacing 2 of the shakes a day with 1 oatmeal (blueberry sounds good) and 1 soup (tomato maybe?). Have you tried those? What do you think of them?
