Marci's weigh in

:cleader: :cleader: :cleader: :cleader: :cleader: :cleader: :cleader:

I 'got rid' of 9.5 pounds in my first week. Yeah! I did it even with my bagel binge. Trust me, that doesn't mean that I'll do that again! It definately wasn't worth it with the stomach ache, bloating tummy and just beating myself up for doing it.

Thanks everyone for your support (that includes you Guido). I love this site! I may not post much but I do read all of the posts and am proud of everyone for sticking with this. We can do it, yes we can!!! :goteam:

First of all, Congrats to Marci... Wonderful accomplishment.

Second.. Susan, you need NOT hope for your first week to go well.

Medifast WORKS. There is NO Hopeing If you are true and faithful to yourself, and the program, your first/second/third week and on WILL be successful. You have no choice.

Your mindset is NEW. Your wish is, and always needs to be:

"I can't wait till I step on that scale after that first, second, third week, and KNOW the pounds will be gone!"

You have no choice you (weight) LOSER!!!!

Susan

Mike's right, you will do awesome! I've gotten to where I'm never hungry, sometimes I forget to have my shake when I should. I have to leave the packets on my desk so I can at least count them and know that I have been drinking 'em.

Thanks everyone for the props!! I'm down even more today, ain't life grand!

Mike,

I know but I was not true to the program for 2 wks starting Jan 5, just got my head on straight (1/20) so I am hoping for the great results. I know I need to be more positive and I will be. Thanks for the reality dose.

I will do I know that sometimes fingers get going ahead of the brain

Hmmmmm. What an exceptionally handsome, enigmatic alter-ego! And you say if we 'fall off' our fast, he makes a visit to our house? :D

Yes. Fugataboutit.... If I make a visit, its not an enigmatic visit, I am bringing an ENEMA!!

You guys rock!

Congratulations Marci! It's such a wonderful feeling, huh? I've taken off 10 lbs in the last 9 days on the modified plan. I'm delighted. Susan you are gonna do great. When you feel like falling just come on line and we'll help get you through. I've found if you can get through that HOUR of heavy temptation, it will pass. Sometimes you can only look at small increments of time instead of the big picture. It's so nice to not feel like I'm doing this alone and you aren't either. Take heart- we'll take this path holding hands...one step at a time. Peace, Jade
