Way to go! Just so you're not DYING in the morning, make sure you take an extra supplement (like the girls said), get plenty of water, and you may need some extra potassium or your legs might feel like they are cramped up into a teeny weeny slinky.

I have potassium supplements for days when I have to run 2000ft of cable, but if you google potassium, there's a list of veggies & meats you may want to incorporate into your L & G.

That's my 2 cents. WAY TO GO!!!

:D

Way to go, Jeni!! Did you walk or run? Who'd you go with? Fun, huh?? I can't wait to do 5Ks again. (My best distance used to be the 10K.)

Check out Active Dot Com -- they have lots of information on runs and walks all over the country.

Perhaps someday we'll be comparing our times on full marathons!! That would be cool!

Keep up the good work! And, yes, make sure to take in some protein in the form of a meal replacement at the end.

Hello! Thanks for the info ladies! I ran and walked it. Diane wanted to know who I did it with.......I have a "workout buddy" that I met at the gym and her and I workout together all the time. She is on NutriSystem and I'm doing MF. She has lost 3 pounds in a month and I lost 16.2! She has nothing to lose though! :D She wants to just tone up!
