Malted Milk?

Can you add malted milk powder to the shakes or would that be a no-no?

Thanks.

I am guessing that no, malted milk powder wouldn't be allowed. It's high in calories and carbs. It could throw off the balance of carbs/fat/protein and could push you over the carb limit fast.

Anyone else?

Nooooop.....

You could look around for some malted sugar free flavorings.
If anyone's seen them, let us know.
