Magic Bullet

Postby big ron » February 11th, 2007, 1:58 pm

I travel allot and have thought about getting the blender Magic Bullet. Has anyone used this product and if so is it good?. Using a blender to shake the shakes with ice makes the difference for me but taking a full size blender with me is cumbersome. :idontknow:

I did not buy the magic bullet. But today I went to JC Penny's And they have something called the COOKS Power Blender. YOu get 5 containers that you can use to blend 5 large and 2 small with lids It is on sale for 29.99. I used it an hour ago and i love it.

just go to there website. It is exactly like the magic bullet but you get more containers with lids

For some reason, I never like my shakes blended with ice. Is that weird? I even heat up some of them.

We LOVE the bullet! We love it so much we own 3 of them. We have one at home, Brian has one at his office and I have one at my office.
Pretty easy to lug around too. ;)

I might have to check out the one Katie is talking about too though. :)

Nah biki...not weird. Some just don't. Sometimes I don't. :)

Ron, I even do my "hot" drinks as frozen ones in the bullet. I do "Frozen Hot Chocolate" and "Frozen Cappuccino" all the time. You will enjoy it!

I have one Magic Bullet at home and one at the office. They blend beautifully and in their own drinking mugs. Fab-oo!

I LOOOOVE my magic bullet. When I first started MF it was the only way I could stomach the shakes - ice, davinci and blend. I have travelled with it - the base and 1 cup and it was easy. But then the bullet broke (think engine burnt out). So I am a looking for a new one. I bought a cheap blender - but hate taking it apart to clean it. bleh!

Have fun!!!

I would even put the MF scrambled eggs in there add some salt, pepper, scallions, chives and blend a few seconds.

Big (but now for long) Ron~ It sounds like you already have a bullet.....so.......I guess I am a little late in responding. I also have a Magic Bullet and I love it. It is so convenient and easy to use.

I hope you enjoy yours.

I love the bullet.
I buy the smaller cocktail ice. Seems the bigger cube ice (or large cube homemade) is harder on the blades and motor.

Had mine several years now, and still blending away.

I have a Hamilton Beach Personal Blender from Walmart. It's less than $14 and takes on any size ice cube with gusto! I think it may possibly not be as easy to clean as a Magic Bullet, but I don't worry about burning it up with full size ice cubes and if it happened I could buy 4 of them for the price of the Bullet. I have two which are over 2 years old each and I am still waiting for them to quit. In the meantime, I have read about many Bullets which met too big an ice cube and died. This one comes with a drink cap and a blender cap, but not the extra drink containers. :)

Sadly this is true...had my magic bullet less than a week when my daughter and her friend decided to make snow cones!!! Burned the motor out :( Haven't bought a new one...been making due with the Hamilton beach personal blender ;)

I have the Back to Basics Blender Express. I detested the powder shakes until I got this cheap little thing and now, I have shakes for most of my supplement meals! All was well until this week, when the rubber gasket ring separated from the blade assembly. Called the company and they replaced the complete blade assembly and also sent a bunch of extra rings. I love this thing, even comes with a 'take-a-long lid'! :D
