Made it through Day 3.

Postby bear45 » January 24th, 2007, 8:00 pm

Well, day 3 is almost over now. I do feel better today. Yesterday was simply awful...but, it helps me to stay compliant. I do NOT want to have to go through these 3 days again. And I am committed to having at least 70 oz. of water...I just KNOW how much that helps and I am going to do it...one reason I had not been is up 2 or 3 times at night to go to bathroom. So, I am starting immediately when I get up and my last water is with my dinner. That has really helped...last night I was only up my usual 1 time.

I also got some jars of spices that are making my soups great...okay...everyone sleep well...Lisa in Dallas

Glad you made it through the first 3 days. They are a killer, but once you get through it you feel so much better.

Welcome back, Lisa in Dallas

great job bear45!!!

you must be so proud of yourself. For me me I started feeling better after day 3, not as tired and such. It was after a week that all the hunger went away

good luck to you
