Well, one of my rewards for hitting the 1/3 mark was starting bellydance classes. I went to my first class on Wedns night and it was SO MUCH FUN. I also bought the BellyQueens Bellydance Jam workout video and have been using to work out. It's a great middle body abs & back workout. It's fun and a lot more interesting than traditional exercise classes.
I LOVE to dance, but have let my weight keep me back for a very long time. Of course in this class there were ALL SIZES and I needn't have worried about being too big for the class... My teacher is no skinny mini either, and she looks beautiful when she dances - and boy what SHAPE. I hope this will help me get in touch with my body/size issues and begin to love and want to care for my body again.
