Hit the quote button in the top right hand corner of the post you want to quote. Then you can go in and delete some of the stuff quoted since it will quote the WHOLE post.

AHHHH Thanks Biki... All seriousness I woke up today with a pounding head, my kidneys felt like I had been beat, and yeah I did drink the water, I am having blood work and a boob mash x-ray today at 9 am so I can't eat until 9:30, not cool. I am hoping the headache and overall YICK means my body is doing something good as far as Medifast is concerned.

Actually I recall an episode in my 20's where a friends dad had died leaving behind a 50 year old bottle of Tequila, corked no less...we drank in his honor as he requested, I never would get a hangover, Jose is my friend, but the next day I awoke to a train wreck in my head...that is how I feel today and I know no Tequila has graced these lips in YEARS

Medifast you are a friend of mine....

I hope you feel better soon! Yeah I have fasting blood work on Monday at 9:45 and I get up at 4-5 so that will be a long, long time for me not to sneak in a shake. I am drinking black coffee, I can't NOT do it.

I did the black coffee too, and that goodness the boob mash has been put off until April, should have a significany loss by then making the girls easier to mash

Coffee helped, and the first shake after 4 hours awake time was WONDERFUL.

Goal for today....100 percent compliance on all fronts....

Sojo, I love it.....what's the rest?

As requested:

I once was so thin you just wouldn't believe
My leg would've fit in what now is my sleeve
I wore size 5 jeans and my belly was none
And shopping for clothes was actually fun
But then something happened - I ate and I ate
My body grew fat but I noticed too late
So now when I look at myself in the glass
Instead of a Slim Girl I see a Fat Ass!

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

I'm way more slim girl than fat ass these day, though!
Did I tell you that I love MF??!!

Well Day 5 is in the bag...

100 percent compliant...met an interesting chap in Ascicles today... :? I mean met "the greatest person who has ever been a part of this place. "
, with the knowledge our lives would be a dull dreary mess without his contact and manly wisdom....( there is THAT better)

No seriously got to play on the boards alot today, it helped with any mild cravings, and they are mild at this point....my only concern is I have 2 supps to go because I started late due to the tests, but they will be taken, and I will enjoy them.

New faces, old faces and extremly important ones showed up...so all in all a great day.

Oh then there are the missing,,,,you know who you are Electra....don't hide from me sista.

I am so going to move the ticker on Sunday...less than 24 hours can not wait! Compliat, and planning to stay that way. Stared a pizza in the eyes, okay they were pepperoni eyes but still...really hard cause they don't blink  I won.

It feels good the cravings have gone, and now I am craving the grub...one complaint, I reach grab and shake and slam...no real time goes into the process first and last thing each day. I was excited to get my chocolate fix and even ice the water before adding to shaker..

SOMEONE PUT AN ORANGE CREME IN MY CHOCOLATE STACK ARRRGHHHH

Shocking to say the least. It was okay.

So today day 6, on the start!

Okay folks...Day 6 is in the bag. While I did not cheat I found a stressful situation with my children caused me to eat my L and G very hastily and quickly, shoving in the food for comfort...darn I try to savor the L and G...so my new rule:

Never eat on an angry stomach....if I get po'd, upset in any way I will eat only 1/2 hour after I have calmed down.

I get to move the ticker in just a few wee hours...please oh please magic weight fairy o' the night, come and help me with my plight....

look forward to seeing all in the morning...
