Interesting day...I did not know it was humanly possible to pee this many times in one day! Why do we drink all this water if it just comes back out?

Yes I did get in my 125 oz...I also wore the path to the bath...and now I am thirsty how stupid is this?

Still feeling bad I posted the Biggest Loser info before West Coast :( saw it, learned that lesson...

well gotta go AGAIN

You know, it wasn't life or death. We live and learn. It's OKAY. It's not like it was "Who Shot JR"...

Well, I'm 34 and from Dallas, so you know I'll never forget. It was so much better than the wedding shooting in Moldavia on Dynasty!

You crack me up....needed a smile to, some of my tests came back from the Nurse Prac. no Medifast for me for "at least" 30 days, I AM SO MAD...oh well, I will take this up in mid Jan., UGH

Meanwhile I will be watching and waiting...sounds rather Vincent Price of me, and yes the weddin was nothing to JR, but the Bobby in the shower thing was stupid...I think I am adding Dallas DVD's to my Christmas list! Any luck giving hints?

Dallas and Dynasty bring back great memories of the real "must see TV", sitting watching the shows with my Dad...good times! They don't make TV like they used to!

Foget patience I wanna...

Postby Lucy » January 1st, 2007, 3:08 pm

Hello all, it has been a while. For those not aware I was but 12 days from starting, I am doing the water, I am doing the journal, I am going to be a success at this...then my blood work comes back to my NP (Nurse Prac) I have a resistant infection, I need a STRONG course of antibiotics, both pill and IV form. AND NO MF for the 4 weeks. However, while down I decided to wait on journal enties and just PATIENTLY wait.

Todays topic is patience...I am a 41 year old woman, who until 1 month ago had never had a speeding ticket, but got one, I was in a hurry. 76.00

My husband in a hurry to get in the house parked on the street forgot to move car, parking ticket 55.00

My husband in a hurry to get home, because wife is impatient speeding ticket 186.00

and finally me after feeling like death took my son home to school, in a hurry............ :x :x :x yep speeding ticket 236.00 oh but because I was going so fast 17 miles over speed limit upon paying the 236.00 my license by law gets suspended for 15 days and I have to pay 50.00 to get back....

and that parking ticket, my husband not in a hurry to pay now also has 50.00 late charge.

Now where is this all going?????I am hearing about people not taking the time to transistion, I have heard loud and clear, DO NOT BE IN A HURRY, slow is better.

Happy New Year

Ever wonder how much medifast over 500.00 in tickets could buy?

Hi

Lucy,
Sounds like you got some expensive but good lessons.

I'm the same way about MF now. Last time I was on, I used to get antzy if I wasn't losing 3-3.5lbs per week. Now, I know I'm going in the right direction doing things right and will be fitter and healthier and it's all good.

Hope you're almost done with the antibiotics and that you get to start shakin' with us soon!

I killed it

Postby Lucy » January 6th, 2007, 5:38 pm

Hey all...it seems I may have ran my poor van into the ground, literally. May we bow our heads I fear it is dead.... BTW my New Years Resolution which came New Years Day after the ticket...is to slow down...I was taught to drive on the 405 in L.A. at 12, I am an agressive yet safe driven, never had an accident and only got my first ticket a month ago.............. quickly followed by the 2nd heheheehehehe

Anyhow...my van thus has died...went to the Kia dealer and for the record this new van is the most comfortable I have EVER driven, is #1 in safety. We are approved just need to pick up Monday....question, I chose a burnt RED van, I like red, it feels young and wild and skinny! I think Dede must like Red

I could also have black, blue or white, just wondering if anyone cares to offer opinions on color...how about it? Biki? Alpha? We know she likes red hehehehehhe

Thanks all for this non medifast moment :D

i don't usually dig red cars-- just well-endowed women.

but, whatever color you like is cool... as long s you know you won't be sick of it in 4 months.
