----------LOWER MY IDEAL GOAL WEIGHT-----------

Postby Spunky » June 12th, 2005, 1:54 pm

Hey Team, I just finished reading a MF mini book called "Transition Guide."

I am trying to get geared up for my transitional phase and what to expect 6 months from now. I will loose all my weight by this December 2005.
There is a nice section you may want to read up on setting your goal weight called "Pounds to Play with."

I decided to change my goal weight from 148 to 138. I am 5'8" my hair is gray, my bones are old, but my heart and spirit still have that spunky attitude.

Thanks Angelia,
I think by posting this I am telling myself what I really want in writing. I know deep down what I look best at and what I thought I could make it to. So the truth is out and I will have to work even harder.
Thanks for listening!

SPUNKY--- you go girl!!!!!!!! You can do this and I know you will look great at either weight.. My thoughts about it are when you get to the first goal weight to see how you feel at that weight and then if you still need to be lower then GO FOR IT!!!!!!! we're here for you anytime--  -- 5'8" and 138 is a good size.. I am 5'51/2" and want to be at 130.. Martha

Spunky,

You go, girl!
Before Medifast I always hoped I could get the overweight off; but I never dared dream that I could go "all the way" to really trim. Initially I said: I should be able to get to a "healthy" weight as measured on the BMI scale which happens to be what I weighed 8 years ago. Now with Medifast I am convinced that not only will I get there, but that I can keep going and get a really good figure!

So, I have my first major goal to hit where I was 8 years ago and then I have the next goal that I gets me where I really want to be. I know that I have to be flexible on that final goal -- ultimately, it will be based on muscle tone, fat % and, of course, how I look in clothes and making sure I weigh less than DH!

MF and I can do this and so can you! :D

Keep Shakin'

Hey Texas neighbor Horsey girl, thanks for the tips see you along the trail, How about a horse race?

Walks, thanks for the note! I know that you will reach your goal weight you had 8 years ago! We are here to support you along your journey. It sounds like you have some great goals all set. You can do it kiddo!

Write it on paper, stick it on the wall. I have a memory wall in my closet of how I used to look along with a huge wall calendar to track my progress and goal pictures to look at every day. It helps keep me accountable. Keep on truckin' to your new slim self everyone.
