Lovin' the 70's - POUNDS LOST THAT IS!

Postby shineface » May 15th, 2004, 6:07 am

Good Morning All You WONDERFUL LOSERS!!!

Here I am rushing to get to work - but not carin' much if I'm a little late -- I am too HAPPY doing my happy dance to some tunes from the '70's - 1970's of course. WHY???? Because...

I've lost 70 POUNDS -- GONE FOREVER!!!!!

:cleader:

As of this morning I weighed in at 220 --- a true miracle! I don't think I've been there since the late 1980's (and yes I have the appropriate music to do my dance when I get there too!!!!!)

Thank you God - for how I feel today...For MF, for all of you wonderful people that have been here for me every step of the way -- all of the information and support and care and butt-kicks (when needed) - without this Forum I KNOW I would not be here today!!!! Thanks Tim and Nancy!

Everyone stick close - it works - get by the frustrations and temptations and YOU WILL SUCCEED!!!! I'm living it today - life is good!!!

Gotta get to work - more later - Thanks you guys... you are awesome!!!
:goteam:
WE WILL do this together!!! :stroll:

Pam: do you realize that you lost in 4 months what took me 6 months to lose? And it's all because you stuck with it, no matter what.

Pam,

CONGRATULATIONS!

What an incredible accomplishment. I am so motivated by your success! Some days when I think about all of the weight I need to lose it seems like such a long road. Your success is a reminder of what is possible when you take it day by day, pound by pound, one step at a time.

Keep on shakin!
