However, these are the only times that I like to see people beat me!

I couldn't help it I was on the scale this morning and I'm 6lbs from 30. I'm soooo close!!! I will be sure to post

Thank you for sharing your picture with us. You two look like a happy couple. :hug:

My husband used to always be the skinny one until he hit 40 then his little tire became a big one. I am so glad that he finally joined me on the Medifast program and took off the whole tire. We both look and feel so much better.

You have a wonderful Health Advisor. I just got together with Jan last week. She makes me laugh and she is a very helpful Health Advisor.

You will reach your goal and be sharing an after picture before you know it. :goodluck:
