Hi everone.
I lost 1# this week not much but no gain. and I am trying to get back on the wagon from the holidays.It is sure hard now I am doing the 3 days allover so I don;t recommend cheateing to anyone it is just to hard to overcome but I will over come looking to next week now.

Hi Girls,
Don't sweat a slip. It's never too late to start (or start over).
Just climb back on, get through those first few days and things will settle in. You know it works, if you stick with it.
