well, here I am Sunday night at work with my last mountain dew and bag of cheetoes. My medifast is sitting on my front porch in 25 degree weather, and I am hoping it is not getting frozen and bursting into two cases of useless chocolate ice. (rtd's).

I am to begin my journey when I awake tomorrow. May it be an easy ride. (lots of luck there). I am going to do this this time, I have a cute size 14 leather jacket in my closet that I'd like to wear this year.

got to stop and buy some water in the morning on the way home.

Hi there Mzzz Lori!...first of all, let me just say that you WILL be in that cute little size 14 leather jacket again girl:+)...tomorrow when you go get that box off your front porch open it and eat or drink something of your choice, you will have taken the very FIRST step to your ultimate SUCCESS of losing those pounds and git'n into that jacket, and also to a much healthier YOU:+))...you CAN do it, and we're here right along with'ya!

Now Mzzz Erica...WHY did i have the feeling you would ask about that...LOL! Do you remember that tv show "TO TELL THE TRUTH"??..wellllll, there are 2 people currently on this board besides myself that could TRUTHFULLY answer you chikadee...and one of'm is "science guy"..LOL!...nowwwww the plot THICKENS..LOL&LOL!..hey, ya scratchin' your head yet???

I'm making it. It's not bad. I just have to think of how fast it's going to come off and get a real life..

I was also sitting here thinking....what if my real name was nappy kitty and I named my cat after myself? ........nah

Mrs. Brooks would sound just too easy! We tried to hijack your journal but science guy came along with the nightstick and forcefully led us to another thread! We tried to convince him that you were hijack approved but he was not having it. :cry:
