Back from the past. Things have been going downhill. I have got to do this, health problems. Lupus flaring, having to double my prednisone, quit smoking due to inability to breath, wheezzing on exertion. can't hardly wipe my ass. don't laugh, some of you know what I'm talking about. I have to do this this time or die. Die if I do, Die if i don't.

from this day forward (01-21-2008) I do solumly swear to keep with this diet.

So glad to hear from you! Sorry about the circumstances. Some familiar faces are here (many of us re-starting) and the new faces are awesome!

Sounds like you have a lot of motivating reasons to regain your health this year! We're right here with you. It's our year, don't you think?

Hi Lori! Just dropping in to say WELCOME to you and glad you're back. So sorry about your Lupus and the flares:+( Kinna know what you're going through. My youngest daughter has MS and is on the high powered steroids also. You'll make it to goal this time i just know it:+)))

my "fur baby" is MRS Brooks, she and my cat Nappy Kitty are my heart.

awwwww, those are the cutest names:+))..i have 3 fur babies Chynna, Precious (chihuahuas) and Rossi (maltese)..all 3 SPOILED to death..lol!

sorry lori...but i think if i find out that Chynna's name isn't Chynna...well i just don't know what i would do. I think i would need a shot of shake or something! I really don't understand WHY it freaks me out to find out that a name i have been calling someone REALLY isn't their name. Uh, isn't that the purpose of anonymity on the forum? THANKS TAWANDA!!!! Now i might need therapy!
