I am not much of a writer. But here it goes. I just turned 33 and have been obese for about 13 years. Gain the weight after I started dating my husband. Shame on him for taking me out to eat all the time.

The journey so far has been pretty easy for me. I guess I was finally at the point were I had had enough. I was so ready. I do have bad cravings when TOM is near but I control them. I may have an extra SF jello if I feel I must eat something sweet.
So far I have gone from a size 22W pant to a size MISSES 16 but can fit in some 14's. This makes me extremely happy. I feel great and have loads of energy. My family has been through 2 colds since I started and I have not. Is it the MF I don't know. I think it is because with this diet I am getting the right nutrition. My body was so deprived before. It is rejoicing being feed so great that it keeps the scale dropping.
