Sorry i havent posted in soo long. But it has been pretty rough on me with kyle being gone and I try not to spend too much time at home. I have been going pretty good. Since 9/4 i am down 13 pound, bring me to 177 and to the 50pound club. I kinda strayed from medifast for a bit but i am back on track and feeling great! I've missed you all! and have a lot of reading to do. I had a small NSV today, i was at work and one of the girls that used to be at the shelter is now at residential. She hasnt seen me since feb. She walked in and was like Mrs. Rachel you are sooo skinny! It felt so good to hear that! lol!!!! but i need to read and catch up on how all of you are doing! <3

Ray Ray!! Hey, girl, we missed you and are glad you're back. Sorry you're having such a difficult time with your hubby gone :hugblue:, but great job on the 13 lbs! He's gonna' love what he sees when he returns!

Thanks for all the welecome back comments! I stay in orlando! But just wanted to give an update! I got a letter from Kyle today! totally made my day, he sounded so much better!
