I've been away for such a long time from the forum. I'm afraid I don't recognize anyone's names except for dear, dear Nancy and Unca's.

With the permission of everyone, I'd like to ease back onto the forum. I'm ordering my MF today, and should be starting back with a new commitment as soon as it arrives.

I've really missed communicating with people who understand what it's like to live your life battling a love-hate releationship with food.

Or maybe the battle we fight is with ourselves somehow, and food is the weapon.

At any rate, I am sincerely looking forward to getting to know each of you.

Welcome back!!!!! Like everyone said, give it a few days and you will be introduced to the next phase of losers

I'm sure there are others that have eased their way back after being successful on the program, then not so successful out on their own. I'm getting close to transitioning to maintenance and I DON'T WANT TO BE BACK HERE because I gained my weight back. I want to be here to provide support and friendship to others who are battling the same challenges.

Good luck in the coming months - you know the program and you know what happens if you follow the program.

Well, for goodness sakes! Thank you all for the very nice welcome! And, just look at all the weight you guys have lost! Do you realise ya'll's combined weight loss is over 340 lbs! WOW! Way to go! Now I'm even MORE motivated to be back on the forum.

I'm new here - been lurking & losing for around a week now, so I surely don't know you from any time before... but I'm sure glad to know you now! :clap:
