DAY 11

Today is DAY 11 and I'm goin' strong
I had to get up EARLY this morning to do my yoga, 'cause I wanted to make it to a 7:30 a.m. OA meeting!!!!!
SOOOooooo I hauled my body outta bed and crawled over to my yoga mat. It was WORTH IT
With exercise and with MF, the Nike slogan "just DO it" definitely applies
Knowing I'm gonna post here every day gives me EXTRA motivation to not miss even one day of my 100 days of exercise. Thanks just for BEING here, my friends
I'm feelin' great on the creamy soups and the shakes. I "eat" at least one of my shakes in the form of popcicles (Mike suggested we call 'em "fastcicles"), and have my daily veggies either raw and crunchy or chopped up in my soup.
For me, the "full fast" is so much less complicated/tempting than doing the "lean and green" or 5 and 1 plan. I know that works GREAT for others, but for me, the temptation to "play" with the program was just too strong.
