Hey Hols......speaking of that........
I don't know what your political affiliations are,
but how cute would the new baby be with a name
like Obama Llama?? It makes me giggle.
Good Morning, Doña Silver Fox!
I hope you enjoy your bigger workout day today!

HOL, Hill and Bill have not showed up at my door, yet! So my vote is still up for grabs.
You could go really go far out and name one baby USAMA LLAMA. He could terrorize any strangers who come around.
ROBIN, I really like the name DOLLY LLAMA. I vote for her.
QUEENIE, thanks for popping in to say hi. HI!

Yeah, Thanks SOJ, I think I really kind of overdid today with the higher weights and things today :weightlift:...
then went shopping some afterward and then went looking at a new Garden Home. Nice.
Kind of an interesting idea we're toying with.
You know, down sizing some. But it did have some big closets! You know, priorities!
Hey, I know! My vote goes to all our 100 Day Challengers!

Is a garden home the same idea as a patio home? We been toying with downsizing. Our never ending landscaping is truely never ending!

Thanks for stopping by my pics in Studio and being so sweet! :)

Thanks, MICK. I'm thinking that a patio home is probably about the same as a garden home.
Garden homes are separate homes with not much yard, and maintenance/lawn service provided.
Seems perfect for retireds and singles, Or other very busy people.
Your pics were great.

Doin' great, CHI! Glad you're feeling fine...especially with all you have to do to get ready for your wonderful trip.
I missed our water aerobics this morning and should be in the den doing the Leslie Sansone walking tape. But here I am.
The DVD I referred to is:
Walk Slim 4 Fast Miles. (1 to 4 miles) plus a bonus 1 mile jog DVD. I think you will like it.
Well, our Joe-boy will be heading off to Ouchita Baptist Univ. in Arkadelphia soon, where he'll continue his music there. Not too far away. Oh, we'll miss him.
Give Errin an extra big hug for me! Please take care and come back home rested.
Love you the most!

JULY 20, 2007 - 132.1# 8)

Doin' okay on the maintenance front! Still want to move on down a few more pounds.
I believe the 'extra-cise' muscle weight is definitely keeping it pretty steady, but no loss, except tightening up.
So, only thing to do is keep better track of calories, etc.
I missed going to the Y today for water aerobics, but made up for it by doing a 2-miler walking tape.
Later in the cool of the day, the babies will get their 15 minute walk.

Oh, HOL. I think a fitting name for one of your babies is DALI LLAMMA.
I think he is a good, sweet person, unless someone tells me different.
This event better happen soon, 'cause I can't rack my brain much more.
You know I didn't really want you to name one of them USAMA...no, no, no!
Is your "Onderland" party still going on? If not, why not?

Gotta go now and see what I can concoct in the kitchen. I have a whole baked chicken.
You know what's good (maintenance, now) ? Chicken roll ups using whole wheat tortillas and all the veggie fixin's.
That chicken will prolly (SOJI vernacular) last 3 meals. Chicken stir fry will prolly be next!
So better quit talking about it ...and go do it!

The Dalai Lama came to my college to give a talk once and then we all were invited to a Master's tea to meet him. I decided to take a pass. I am sure I was doing something vital like eating two boxes of donuts and hurling. Next day I heard Richard Gere was at the tea. :x

Well, that's why I suggested Dolly Llama. It was a joke ...

Anyway, I eat those roll-ups pretty much every day. Chicken breast, the low-carb tortillas (because they generally have fewer calories and more fiber than the regular whole-wheat ones, roasted peppers, lettuce if I have any, and mustard or a little low-fat mayo or both, depending on what other fats I have that day). I do 'em with sliced turkey breast, too. And some low-fat cheese if I have some extra fat calories to use up.

ofcourse I knew you were kidding
Yes Dali Llama would be good. Im sure Im not the 1st to name a llama that. I would have to put my farm name ahead of it.

The girls are taking their time on having the babies. I am getting better and not camping out in the barn tho. I use to take tea down there and just wait,

Have a good evening you little stud muffin.

BIK, I'm sorry you missed the Dalai Lama. My DH toured Tibet with a group of ministers quite a few years back, and was able to lay a Bible on the high altar of the Pretoria.
'Course he was not there at the time.
ROBIN, I used chicken taco seasoning, salsa, fat free cheese, veggies, etc. I'll check out the low carb tortillas. Thanks for the tips.

Sorry, babe. What's a girl to do...I'm just giving you something to look forward to. It won't be long, honest!
You know what, I'm in my eleventh month of maintaining. I can't believe it will soon be a year.
Now that's something you can really look forward to. Honest!
SOJI, my love, I gotta keep you coming back. What would this board be without our SOJI?
Hey, what! ME, A STUD MUFFIN? What a special NSV. HOL. Er...that was a compliment, I hope.
I'm cheerin' my silly head off for all you brave challengers. :cheerleader:
