have to tell you about the eggs hatching :hatch:
I just about had given up and really had not seen the mom. But this afternoon, I saw 2 fuzzy heads pop over the nest! I put up a ladder and mom and 2 fuzz heads were in there. This kind of life stuff just thrills me

Lizabette - my clothes are getting bigger. I already fit comfortably in a size 12 and medium top. I can squeeze into some size 10s and if they are stretch - the size 10 fits.

I have sent pictures to Unca. So now it's wait and see when they appear in the studio.

SUE, Is that great or what? So glad you found the pictures and now we wait...if you are a 10/12 and a medium, how much better can it get?:coolnana:

HB, your patience is rewarded. :hatch: :hatch: Two more offspring for your menagerie. Thanks so much for the 'birdie' update.
And I am enjoying the workouts :weightlift: :treadjog: at least after it's over. Sometimes in the middle of it I wonder, who am I, and what am I doing? :goofyjump:

Lizabette, you & Robin are pretty inspiring right now (HB, QueenieLou, Sue are, too......). It seems that there are many who are exercising and doing so well. I guess I'd better get myself moving.........soon. ;)

Hope you have a lovely day.

JUNE 27, 2007 - 131.3# :|

Thanks, TEE. I just finished my 4-mile inhome fast walking tape, and was sweating pretty good before it was over.
Nice to get the exercise done for the day. (And less than an hour of my time!)
Had planned on going to the Y today, but more exercise this way.

One thing we know about exercise, any exercise. it is GOOD for our bodies to move.
You are doing great, TEE, with only 27 pounds to go. Exercising will surely help when you are maintaining.
It also makes us more aware of our eating when we exercise.
It's a choice we make...
Proud of your progress, girl

JUNE 28, 2007 - 131.7# 8)

At SW today, did the brisk 1 mile walk, and one hour of weights and stretches.
Have to say it is easier said than done, but I'm doing a-okay.
The babies to the groomers, and this baby (me) to the beauty salon for hair cut and do.
They look adorable! DH says he has 3 pretty girls...
We gottal look our best for out of state company over the fourth!
Maintenance is holding steady...besides that not much going on.
Hope that anybody stopping by here is having a good day.

CHI, not much cookin' here. Missed talking to you, but know you are a busy girl what with that wonderful cruise coming up.
Makes me sad about Errin's bad results from the MRI. Can you tell us a little bit more about it here or maybe in your journal. What can be done?
I didn't know about the call with Jane Medlock. Is there a recording that we can listen to? Thanks, my girl,
Love you the most!

TEE, thanks for poppin' in to see me. I always look forward to that.
Gettin' bout my beddy time. Hope you rest good tonight.

JUNE 29, 2007 - 132#

Very late checking in tonight.
Just wanted my friends to know that my DH is in the hospital where they performed an angioplasty procedure today.
He had a bad pain in his chest and arm this morning, so we rushed him to Emergency.
One of the arteries to his heart was 90% blocked so the cath was done and a stent was put in to open up the blood flow.
He is doing well and will get to come home tomorrow if all goes okay.
He'll take it easy for a few days and everything should be fine.
We feel he did so well because he has been exercising regularly and keeping physically fit.
We are blessed that it was taken care of so efficiently and the Lord was with us.
Appreciate your prayers,
Lizabette

Wow, Lizabette!
I'm really glad your DH is doing well. That must've been scary for both of you!
Now, isn't it simply marvelous that the exercise and healthier lifestyle you've both adopted has been of such obvious benefit?
Maybe those on the boards who've been contemplating beginning an exercise program will be spurred on by your experience.
See, even in distress you are inspirational!

SF, thank you SO much for keeping me and my family in your heart and prayers.
Please let Mr. SF know that I'm sending Sojo's Mojo his way!!

Hi Lizabette,

I'm really glad to hear that your husband is ok. My mom went to the hospital in late January and ended up having an artery that was 99% blocked. Fortunately, the stent successfully cleared the blockage and she is doing ok. It was a scary time, though, so I'll be keeping you and your husband in my thoughts and prayers. Take good care :)

Dear dear, Itsy and Bill ~

I was so surprised to read about Bill's emergency surgery; thank you for taking the time to tell us.
We have been praying diligently for you.

There are many here who are holding you close in our hearts and praying for a swift and excellent recovery.

We are confident that together you will continue to do the things that promote your health.
In speaking to my Daddy's cardiologist recently, he said fewer than 30% of his patients continue to follow the heart- health guidelines of eating low-fat meals and exercising daily beyond the first six months following surgery.
He said those two factors – proper meal planning and exercise are of primary importance and when done, people can live long and enjoy a quality life.

Loving you and trusting the Father above to keep His watchful eye over you both,
xxxooo
