You are A BIG LEAGUE LOSER.
And only a short sprint to your goal...
My shirt is popping buttons![/color][/b]

Not quite. It's 93 pounds. I hope to hit 100 lost by July 1st because that is when I weighed 256 pounds.

TEE, How sweet! We haven't had any more ducks hatching in our boat. That was just the saddest thing...what happened.
Thanks for popping in.
Yesterday was quite a day of exercising. At our Strong Women -( they don't teach diets but it has to help!!) we first did a walking tape.
It was so good, TEE. It is called Walk the Walk, Leslie Sansone. and it uses Christian music background.
She talks some about keeping our spirit, body and soul healthy and fit.
I tried to find it at Walmart, but that particular one was not there. I found it online at the Leslie Sansone site.
Anyway, then we did the free weights and I tried to up the weights some and that worked.
That is just twice a week for about an hour session. It's free, too. So it is a good investment of time (and money, hehe).
Also this morning we went to the Y and walked the track for one mile.
Time permitting I may do another mile with my in-home walking tape.
You are doing so good, TEE. I want to see you get to goal, and then join us in the Transition/Maintenance Journey!
It is so within sight!

You're still in the Big Leagues with me, BIKI.
And if my wishes and wants helps, you'll make it with room to spare!
93 pounds is Whoohoo City!

CHINA, First, I gotta congratulate you on reaching your goal! BIG cause for celebration!
It kind of got overshadowed by your illness, but you did it! You did it!
So now you have entered Transition/Maintenance and I hope I have the first honor of presenting you with the Maintenance Medallion!
Add it to your signature for all to see, 'cause it's yours. You earned it and you deserve it!

I hope you are feeling much better now. Oh, I totally understand your feeling about not regaining the weight!
Have you discussed this with your health advisor here (Nancy, maybe?) to give you suggestions.
Also the Transistion/Maintenance Guide may have good ideas how you can incorporate the doctor's advice with it. Have you downloaded that yet?
Your doctor should be the first to realize the importance of not adding back the weight!

You gotta let us know how that all plays out. There has to be a way!
Yes, my Joe-boy played at a concert since then and did his gramma proud.
Love ya the most!

THANK YOU my queen for the Congrat's and the "Medallion"...i am quite honored to have recieved it first from YOU:+))) I will proudly wear it..i will have to ask Unca if he will be so kind as to put it in my signature, for "webtv" will NOT let me...and i am also unable to get the Transition guide..maybe there's something in the QS book about Transition/Maintenance i can follow. My health advisor is Mike. I'll write him also. Today i had skim milk, chicken broth, and sugar-free jello..that's about all i could stomach..plus i drank my water..i'll be glad when i'm allll better:+)

Ok, guess i'll sign-off now..will keep you posted on things!

Love you sweetpea:+)

Not much way you are gaining weight on what you are eating. But you have to eat healthfully to keep up your strength.
Do we know the possible causes that made you ill? I hope you find out soon.
Yes, please talk to Mike. And he may arrange for you to receive the new T/M Guides.
Gotta get to the bottom of this mysterious malady...
Love ya,

JUNE 14, 2007 - 131.3# :o

Posting my accountability report...to me and to anyone who stops by!
Although a little surprised at the uptick, I know it's not anything I'm responsible for.
My exercise is increasing and my food is much the same, so que sura sura.
In fact today (T & TH) is free weights and a mile walking. (An hour and half in all.)
That woman, Ms Instructor, is really pouring it on us, insisting that we keep increasing our weights! Arrgg! :weightlift:
It is not the piece of cake it started out...but after it's over, I'm refreshed and feeling good!
And I feel so much stronger in about everything I do.
I also feel 'firmer' and more 'fully packed'!
Tomorrow I plan to do an in-home two mile tape in lieu of going to the Y.
It's already the weekend again---wondering where the rest of the week went.
Hope yours went well in every way.

TEE-GIRL,
I remember on my many diet conquests, when I would reach about where you are now, something wierd would happen to my thinking.
I felt better and looked better and that gave me the reason (excuse) to slack up and get careless again!
Can't count how many times I did that.
The difference in then and now, I believe, was the fact that I kept seeing the scale numbers (slowly) going in the right direction,
and I had the support and examples of others here to keep me motivated.
I somehow grasped that if I just kept doing what I was doing, and what others were doing, that I too would finally succeed.
As I look back now, I wonder at the miracle of it all!
And I experienced first hand that to the victor goes the spoils (prize).
Proud of you, TEE.

I agree. I am up .5 pounds this morning and I ate so clean yesterday. My L&G was only salad and turkey breast carefully measured with salad spritzer. These scales must be getting together at night and plotting against us.

I'm wearin'it sweetpea SEE!!! :-P
Thank you so much for it, and i WILL continue to do it PROUD as you are doing yours!!

Hey, that little gain for you may have possibly come from you increasing your weights just'a midg'n..i'dunno? I KNOW you'll fix'it tho:+))

As for me and the mysteriousness of what went on still puzzles me as well my doctor, because all the test revealed nothing specific other than not enough calories consumed with the amount of energy i was puttting out, plus dehydration...beats me, but i thought i was DYING...so now hopefully i'll be back to getting onto a more normal routine..i guess my she (doctor) just wanted my stomach to take a rest from all that exercise i was getting (catch my drift)..lol!

Ok sweetpea...love you:+)

JUNE 15, 2007 - 131.7# :?

Weighing a little above my happy weight, today, but can't sweat the small stuff!
I'm keeping up with my regular meals (I don't actually count calories) and exercising some each day.
Today I did go to the Y with DH, and we walked a fast mile around the indoor track. Then did some shopping chores, so still active.
I did more yesterday, so it's okay to take it easier today.

BIKI, you are doing so good and being so patient! I admire your perserverence so much.
You are still in control of how you deal with the scale and whatever situation you're in.

CHINA, doesn't it feel great to flaunt your Maintenance Medallion?
You are now on a new exciting journey, more challenging than before, but you are definitely up for it!
Seems like the mystery of your strange malady may be solved. Sorry you had to go through it, but as I mentioned on your journal, it could be a blessing in disguise.
Most everything that happens to us really is, if we look for it.
Anyway, the thing is, you are on the road to complete recovery, thanks to God, your doctor and because you were in better 'condition' to fight off the bad stuff.
I enjoyed reading about the Alive at Five deal and all those cute concert guys on your home journal. I would have loved to be there enjoying it with you.
And hey, how about that "Hello, pretty lady" NSV. Wow, swoonsville!
Now you take it easy, ya hear?
Luv you the most!

JUNE 16, 2007 - 131.4# 8)

Still at the high end of my happy zone, but not to worry! I'm still happy.
Today I did my 2-mile in-home walking tape and it was very doable and easy.
Not much to talk about today, except having company later and getting prepared for that.
Tomorrow is Roll Call and hoping to see you all there with great reports one and all.
