Hi, Lizabette, there is one thing I am curious about in your last little weight-drop adventure. I noticed that you dropped your 5 pounds, hit goal, and then seemed to add calories back in right away (unless I am being ignorant). And, I was under the impression that we were to wait a week at our goal weight (and that we may sink below our goal weight during this time) before we start transition. It seems like you didn't do that in this case and I just wonder if that would be the trouble for you with staying at 130 ?
And, I am honestly just curious about the process, too, so I hope I don't sound too bossy.
