Are you feeling good? And is it as fast as MF....?
More questions---You only have 8+ pounds to goal, so how long do you anticipate it taking.
I think you are probably at a good weight now, and sort of maintaining, right?
Whatever, you will get where you want to go, I'm sure.

Oh, thank you, RODEO. That is so sweet of you.
You keep hanging in there---your rewards of health and thinness are yours for the taking.

It's only been two weeks but I have lost 2.5 pounds so far this week and 2.5 pounds last week. I feel great. I don't know how long it will take because like most diets I am relatively sure my losses will slow on WW. Also, looking down at my belly and thighs right now I know for sure I want to lose more than 6 pounds so I am definitely not maintaining. Part will be exercise but part will be a continuing on WW CORE which is more a way of eating than a diet. The foods you are allowed are very similar to MF transition foods-fat free dairy, whole grains (no bread), lean meats and fresh fruits and vegetables. So I can't give a number that I want to get down to-I can just say that I continue to be a work in progress and will celebrate reaching 135 pounds but will definitely not be finished and will not have reached the weight I want to maintain. I have a very small frame (I wear petites and am 5'7"!) and I think I will know it when I get there. I don't expect perfection but just a weight I feel comfortable at and a body I can continue to improve and make more healthy through exercise.

Well, BIK, all I know is you are doing sooooo good. The foods are very much like transistion/maintenance that I eat. Most healthy diets are good if followed for the long haul...
Do you have any recent appreciation pictures that I may have missed? Give me the links, so I can give my approval  or not. :x hehe
I remain very proud of you for your temerity and determination to get healthy, physically/mentally/spiritually!
You're the one, baby!

Thanks, BIK. I posted in STUDIO. It really should be a side-by-side of your 'before' pic for comparison.
When I showed my drivers license picture to friends in LV their response was 'you-gotta-be-kidding!'
At the airport security gates, the agents kept looking at it to be sure I was not an imposter (or worse, a terrorist!)
I really must get that license updated.
Surely you've already done that, Ms Queen of Inspiration!...

Thanks for asking, ROBIN. Everything is fine.
Just taking a little time away from things. I'm still maintaining under goal.
My LV trip was no problem maintenancewise.
I've checked your journal, but didn't post.
From now til after Christmas we'll be having company in and out...
Thanks again.

I haven't posted my daily weight on purpose, since it was getting boring to me and most likely to others.
Anyway, I've ranged from 132.5# down to 130.8# (today) so all is well there.
I keep thinking that with just a nudge or two, I could get on down under 130#
I just had a nice cappuccino/coffee snack because it sounded good!
Last night when DH had a breakfast type dinner (eggs, biscuits, hashbrowns, I had a Lean Pocket whole wheat pizza. No problem or temptation there.
Tonight we'll go to Ryans Steak House for an insurance seminar, and they usually have salmon, which I love, and veggies.
So that is my report for the day...
