So sorry I can't post in many journals, etc. but I'm thinking of you.
My wonderful guests must leave tomorrow for their Virginia home.
Don't know what we would have done without them. They packed 30 or so boxes of dishes, brick-a-brack etc.
They are what you call "friends". 'Course we go back for over
60 years with them as school chums.
Things are going smoothly, but so much to do....... :roll:
We did find time for some games of Mexican Train and Social Security. (Jokers & Pegs)
Had lots of fun.

Already gone to Lowes for tile, fixtures, more packing boxes, etc. and two banks.
Now ready to begin some tile work in our bathroom.
Friends left earlier and we'll miss them...

We should sleep well tonight after DH and I tiled a bathroom floor today. Looks good.
My structured exercising has gone by the wayside, but getting plenty, anyway!

Moving slower today, but I shudder to think how it would be if I hadn't lost my weight and been exercising regularly. No question.
A busy day in store today. Several house showings, more packing, etc., etc.
My water consumption and exercise schedule has suffered, but try better today.

Checking in before starting the big day of much to do.
We're making a lot of headway, but hardly making a dent, it seems.
Doing okay on maintenance...
I think I'm beginning to feel that I'm probably where I ought to be and should not to worry about going down much more.
But absolutely not to gain much more either!
The things going on have not made caused any stressful eating or anything.
Just wish I had time to do my scheduled exercise and Strong Women, but I guarantee I am getting in 'unscheduled' exercise and weight lifting! :-P.
I'm also putting on my pedometer today.
All for now.

Doing fine...Reading the book "Joining the Thin Club" at night when time.
On Motivation to maintain, we're encouraged to go after new goals (as in the weight loss phase) for example:
*improve fat-to-muscle ratio
*create a new wardrobe style for our new body
*continue to lose weight at the slow rate of one to two pounds a month for the next year
*and many other interesting ones.
Thanks, book, I needed that!
