Land's End has a great sale on their tank tops right now. They have nicer/higher fitting armholes if that is important to you (I hate having to be careful how I move so that my 'undergarment' doesn't show).

Thanks, TEE, I'll check online. I have a couple really cute tanks from consignment, just haven't worn 'em out yet!
But hey, with teens, they don't mind the undergarment showing, right?
I can't believe (yes, I can!) how fantastic you are doing---only 22 pounds or so to goal!
We are seeing miracles happen before our very eyes...

My weight's been hanging in there about like today for awhile.
I feel sure that my exercise (muscle weight) is keeping it there since my foods change very little.
To lower that, I'm sure I'll have to cut some calories somewhere. My clothes are fitting the same (8-10).
And I'm feeling fine, which is the most important thing.
Today we're doing the water aerobics, while DH does the walking track.
So between that, my Strong Women class, and walking tapes, I have plenty of options and variety. (plus treadmill on deck)
How's your treadmill workouts coming, TEE? That's good too.

If your clothes fit the same, why worry about the weight? Building muscle is a GOOD thing, right?

And no airplanes involved, guys. It's indoor skydiving in a big, tall building of some sort. With, I'm guessing, giant fans or something to keep you up.

Yeah, but tossing someone out of an airplane versus tossing them onto the updraft of a fan just didn't have the same dramatic effect I was after.

I think I prefer the real plane to a fan blowin' me around!

Hey Lizabette - that would truly be a sight - watching you jump from a plane...LOL!! But I Robin was referring to indoor skydiving. I still think that would be some accomplishment if you did some skydiving.

Glad to hear that things are going well. Thanks for the well wishes on the birth of my grandson. He is so adorable and a welcome addition to our family.

Hope the rest of your week goes well.

This is exactly how tall tales get started! I merely talked about getting a book, and this is what happens!
Repeat! No sky diving or jumping from a plane for me. Promise!

How's our sweet baby boy, doing, SUZY? I don't think you told us his name.
Yeah, good day today with water aerobics. Tomorrow, a bigger workout with walking tape, light weights and stretching.
Thanks for poppin' in!

Barak O'Llama. Or has someone already suggested Dolly (Dolly Llama)?
