I thought of you when I heard about the storms. How tragic tornados can be!
The weather is really nutty here, too. We've been having 50 degree days! - almost unheard of in February.

Everyone here needs to know that this is what we do in maintenance, we watch the scale like a hawk, and if the numbers go above the zone, we reign it back in, right?
All of us, Nancy, Jo, Robin, Liz, and myself, have all been down this road - and the key is hyper-vigilance! Robin posted that article, as have others, that reaffirms the need to weigh in every day when you're maintaining, because that way we don't slide too far from goal and then lose control.
It's all about having control over the situation, and girl, you did it!
Cheers, lauren
