Hey,I can't believe I am actually setting a new goal for the New Year, and adding another ticker! :shock:

I wanna get under 130# and maintain there...
I will definitely keep my original maintenance medallion, 'cause I earned it!
But to really do this, I must make a commitment and make myself accountable, and put myself out there on a limb!!
First thing I plan to do for this next week is to write down every bite and drink that goes into my mouth. Plus my exercise.
I'll use my Medifast stash, along with substitutes of other foods for my meals or snacks.
I'm not saying I will post my weight and foods everyday...too much pressure, but I'll keep my journal updated.
Oh guys, I am actually kinda scared...like when I first started my MF journey. Will you please wish me luck---naw, I don't believe in luck!
We make our own choices, right?

I read this article in Good Housekeeping that the single best way to lose weight is to write down every bite we eat...so this week I'm doing that!
I didn't taste my own cooking today, 'cause I didn't want to have to write it down! :heart:
