YEAH! What Biki said!! I'm GAD everything went well too :)

Instead of using energy playing spell check, why not try some real exercise? The muscles under your fat and your heart and lungs will thank you!

But messing with you is soooo much more fun - hee hee! Besides, I wouldn't want to slow my weight loss cause I know OvaryChick is hoping I'll walk the treadmill for 4 hours - :roflmao:

Here's my real work out plan for today: I have to go to the DMV to get my GA license, get a tag for my car and file paperwork at the court house for my home and business....Now standing in all those government lines will be a work out, no? Too bad I don't have some of those FitFlops :)

 Waving to Liz since I hijacked her journal!

I love it when you guys have fun with each other. Highjack anytime you want to, OWTO. Thanks for the good thoughts on my surgery.

Thank you! Isn't it great to feel good even if the weather doesn't agree?

Thanks, OWTO. Accountability and Maintenance kinda go together. Hard to have one without the other.
You're doing great. Congrats again on your 30# Club!

Absolutely right, BIK! There's too much to feel good about , especially when we think about what used to be, and how it is now!
Can I help pin the medallion on when you get to goal in a few days?

Absolutely! We'll need Joleen's help too! Thank you! It will be quite a difference than being swatted by the skinny stick!

Okey Dokey, BIK, but times a wasting. JOLEEN may stick you, but I'll be gentle...:-P
Today I'm back at the Y, only doing walking. Wednesday, back for another post-op checkup on my right eye.
It's doing great and I'm anxious to get on with the left eye. Lots and lots of eye drops going on, but it's worth it.
Weight is the same as yesterday at 131.8. I think I would give out a yelp if I somehow went under 130#
Of course I really know what to do, but it seems so nice to lollygag around where I am now.
I'll take a notion one of these days to take the plunge again, and when I do, watch out, poundage!
I guess it'll take another 'lightbulb moment' to do the trick.
'Bought time to turn out the lights and tuck it in...
