hmmm so if i can lose approx 11.5 lbs for months ...reaching 130 is feasible... i guess ur right lizabette, no fooling around for sure! lol as much as i love my cousin, im sorta glad my partner in crime isnt here during my diet. lol we shopped together, we cheated together. the thelma and louise of medifast

11.5# a month is actually do-able.
Just ask yourself if it is worth doing, and if the answer is yes, :yes:

then go for it!
No fooling around!

Hey, gorgeous! You've been on my mind a lot lately. Friday marked exactly 6 months from our 10th wedding anniversary. So, that's my new goal -- to give my husband the diva he deserves for our anniversary. Not just losing the weight, I'm working on the exercise bit, too.

So, dear sister, thank you for your inspiration and continuing encouragement! Maintenanceland, here I come! Keep that seat next to you free for me, k? :mrgreen:

WOW, DIANA, how can you be any more beautiful than you are right now?
But how great will it be to be at goal on your 10th wedding anniversary?

I will be so honored to have you seated next to me in Maintenanceland.
I think you may already know that this Saturday DH and I celebrate our 61st!
I vowed to reach my goal on our 60th and I did it! And he couldn't be prouder of me.
So onward and upward, sweet girl. I'm witcha all the way. :heart:

On the go today, getting our flu shots, shopping, other business stuff.
Whoever said that retirement would be laying in a hammock all day, relaxing and reading.

OCT. 5, 2007 - 132.1#

Have been to the Y for exercise machines and water aerobics.
That's about two hours of exercises.
Tomorrow will probably be a free day, in honor of DH & my 61st wedding anniversary.
Married in Bremerton, WA. 16 yr. old bride, 18 year old sailor boy.
How about a picture of us 61 years ago? (Never mind if you've already seen it.) And now.
Really not much change, d'ya think?

Lots of water gone under the bridge.
We'll have dinner some place of our choice with friends and enjoy the day.
